Encompass To GHL Integration

Our Solution

Based on the requirement understanding, We started R&D on the same. After many time passed we found some API integration SDK from the encompass developer connect. R&D was quite complex due to Encompass being a desktop application. Every time we stuck on some critical points. Sometimes provided reference API not work properly or response unwanted result that time we also connected with encompass technical support. And then we went through the provided solution by the Encompass support team. After spending more time on this, we got success in the Encompass API integration. Now our half system is ready to pull data from the Encompass server by using various filters. We achieved our first milestone challenge and moved to second milestone challenges. Same process we have started with the goHighlevel. Not spending more time over the back process & R&D directly comes to the success part. Finally after much effort we achieved our second milestone. Final and last milestone challenge is to update real time data over the goHighlevel server. Encompass provides webhook services for pulling real time data from the server. Using those webhook we completed our last and final challenge. And complete the whole project in three different milestones. Finally successfully completed API integration for the data mapping.
